    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage analyst teams and oversee financial modelling on live mandates
    • Run cross-border deal processes including buyer engagement and management presentations
    • Build and maintain client relationships alongside senior bankers
    • Support business development activities and pitch preparation

    Requirements

    • MBA or Master's from a leading European or US institution
    • 3-5 years of investment banking experience
    • Native or near-native proficiency in French and English
    • Prior M&A advisory experience with cross-border transaction exposure
