    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial and commercial due diligence
    • Build LBO and operating models to assess investment returns and structure
    • Work with portfolio company management on value creation initiatives
    • Monitor performance and prepare materials for the investment committee

    Requirements

    • 2-4 years in investment banking or private equity
    • Prior deal experience in industrials, manufacturing, or business services preferred
    • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
    • Ability to work independently in a lean, high-autonomy environment
