    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead financial modelling and due diligence processes for new platform and add-on acquisitions
    • Manage deal team workflows including advisor coordination and management engagement
    • Drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives at portfolio companies
    • Present investment updates and recommendations to the partnership

    Requirements

    • 4-6 years of private equity experience with a track record of completed transactions
    • Deep expertise in manufacturing, industrials, or related sectors
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage junior team members
    • Proven track record of working directly with management teams
